Thus says constitutional affairs connoisseur Mazum Baraliu, who points out that granting the 48-hour term by President Hashim Thaci for LVV to mandate the prime minister has no constitutional basis.
He for Kosovo Press says he does not have a deadline when LVV should propose the mandate, but says it would have to be too late.
The length of deadlines for forming the government, Baraliu says they begin at the moment when LVV will send the candidate name for prime minister to the president. After that happens, he says it flows the 15-day deadline to form the government.
He says the country's Constitution would have to determine all deadlines, as according to him, much uncertainty is being created.
As far as failure to reach agreement between LVV and LDK Baraliu says it is a responsibility of both parties to face voters.
Yesterday Kosovo President Hashim Thaci has hosted a meeting of Vetevendosje Chairman Albin Kurti, but that according to the latter, there has been no legal effects.
While it was President Thaci himself in a Facebook post, he said he gave Kurt 48 hours to show if he has numbers to form Government. /
