Even after more than three months since Kosovo has held extraordinary national elections, the country has not formed the new Government.
That is because the winning party of the Vetevendosje elections and the party that came in second in the 6 October elections, the Democratic League of Kosovo cannot be found out about the division of positions.
Recognisors of political issues in the country are considering that the two parties, which are aiming to reach agreement for co-governance, are now further than ever before towards signing.
This is based on the actions and statements of the two parties' officials, who, according to them, have begun to blame each other for the impasse in the process.
Knowing the political circumstances in the country, Ramush Tahiri says there are no more sincere reports between the two parties.
He also mentions internal party groupings that could affect political thinking.
According to him, these days are expected to be final about the issue of reaching a possible agreement between the two parties.
And according to him, both parties have the obligation to jointly address citizens through the media conference regarding any decision they make.
Meanwhile, Arton Demhay, executive director of the organisation “Arise”, citing the statements of officials from both parties in the last few days, on television shows, which he said are now also beginning to show details from the inside of the meetings they have had, says the agreement is further than ever before.
While according to Bekim Kabashi, who conveys political developments in the country, the Vetevendosje Movement is taking actions that do not match the LDK, while the same has the obligation -- as the winner of the elections -- to find the opportunity until the agreement with the LDK.
He says LDK should not be seen as selfish in the positions, but Vetevendosje belongs to convince The LDK, or tï, offers the LDK enough that both sides can make a coalition which, he says, is also defined by voters.
Yesterday Vetevendosje through an envelope has rejected the LDK proposal to return the prime minister until the LDK's election of president and division of ministries 5 to 5.
Then LDK leader Isa Mustafa, at a press conference, has declared that this letter is not considered official.
The two parties have already made the latest bids, meanwhile, the situation has been blocked and there is no declaration of accession or rejection of bids.
On the other hand, the country's president, Hashim Thaci, has warned moves in case the situation continues to be blocked, until the VV has said they will send the mandate's name without delay. /Kosovo pres/
