Nothing is over and nothing is excluded, not even changing borders when it comes to Kosovo, said Michael Carpenter, a former Pentagon official and expert for the Balkans.
Carpenter, a former adviser and supporter of Joseph Biden, said in an interview for Serbian Telegraph that Washington will agree on any solution the Albanians and Serbs have agreed on.
He also stresses that there are no red lines in this direction everything is in Pristina and Belgrade.
