American officials say they believe that Boeing 737-8000 Ukrainian Airlines International was hit by a missile, says CBS, broadcast Periscopi.
Ukraine earlier said it was considering whether a missile attack crashed the plane, but Iran expelled it.
The crash came just hours after Iran carried out missile attacks on two air bases hosting US forces in Iraq.
CBS News quoting American intelligence said that one satellite discovered “impact” infrared of two missile concessions, followed by another blow of an explosion. /Periscopi/
