About 600 liters of alcoholic beverages, allegedly smuggled from Serbia, have been seized in the village of Uglare of the Kosovo municipality of Fushe.
Through a communique addressed to the media, Kosovo Customs has announced that the merchandise in question has been temporarily banned and the case has continued in regular procedure.
“During routine patrols the Customs units have encountered in products originating from Serbia, units have requested documentation and import, which the competent person has failed to present. Customs officers have exercised control in stores and his warehouse next to the store. During the search of various local spaces, significant amounts of alcohol” have been found, says the communique.
