Warning to destroy objects without permission not to enter legalisation procedure

The MMPH, Thursday, launched the <x0-> campaign. Legalize the construction, do not lose the option”, with which the new process for handling these facilities has begun, Koha Ditore writes today.

In launching this campaign, the ministry has unveiled five administrative guidelines that regulate the particular aspects of these facilities.

In the first attempt of the legalisation process, this minister had established a state registry, where he had identified 352 thousand and 836 illegal construction in all Kosovo municipalities. However, only 8 thousand and 461 applications were legalized.

The cause of ) the pre-law shortcomings, in September of last year, has been adopted by the new Law on Treating Construction Without Permission.
