Former teacher sues Pec Community, urges pay compensation after retirement

The plaintiff Lulaj requires that three retirement salaries be compensated for, in many of 1,452 euros, as well as the yular reward of 726 euros.
And on Wednesday, at the Foundation Court in Pec, preparation hearings have been held in this civil case.
During the hearing, the prosecution's representative, lawyer Besim Ahmetaj, has proposed to the court that it appoint an expert on extracting financial expertise.
While Paya Community representative lawyer Drita Sopi-Gashi has said she remains close to the response in the indictment, where, according to her, her indictment and request should address the Ministry of Education, Labour and Social Management, as well as the Ministry of Finance, which she has said are guarantors for meeting financial obligations.
According to the response in the indictment, the indictee has rejected the indictment as baseless and has stressed that the indictment's request has no legal backing.
Later, with the ruling, the judge of the case, Venus Mulhrama, has approved attorney Ahmetaj's proposal, arguing that an expert from the court's list would be appointed for the release of financial expertise.
She has said the main review hearing will be scheduled after financial expertise is released. According to the indictment exercised at the Constitutional Court in Pec, the lawsuit, Zaj Lulaj, is seeking from the indictee, the Pec municipality, the Education Directorate, respectively, to compensate for the three pension monitoring salaries, to a total of 1,425 euros, as well as the yubilar reward of many 726 euros.
The indictment states that the Lulaj indictment for 41 years and 11 months and four days has been working as a teacher at the “7 September”, at Vitomerica in Pec, and on November 26, 2018, has been phased out of this labour relationship after it reached retirement age.
According to the indictment, it was addressed at the request to the Pec municipality, which has demanded compensation of these salaries, but according to it, this has not been accomplished and the same has subsequently exercised indictments at the Constitutional Court in Pec. /Betimy for Justice
