Renowned Kosovo publicist and columnist Flaka Surroi has published the new column in Koha Ditore and the Time portal, where she writes about disappointment with recent political developments at this pre-fund time.
She has titled her column “and two weeks as in pazar”, wanting to attack the political parties' until-election culture.
Among other things, it has welcomed the high number of voter participants from the diaspora, and has declared that “the diaspora vote will likely determine the winner of the” election, Periscopi writes.
But, Surroi has criticised the lack of concrete political programmes by parties competing for the 6 October elections.
And now by the end of the pre-future, we are still awaiting political programmes that will offer us parties that learn to take power. Maybe we'll hear something more concrete, and frankly, more feasible on the 10 days of the official campaign. What we've been through in all the preliminary elections has been about havaja... populist promises and malicious talk that have taken us to the edge of the gap. ”- writes Surroi.
