These are the procedures to vote that Kosovars living outside Kosovo must attend

Exiles in these elections vote via mail, parties complain that this way of voting is stopping them. To get a vote, Kosovars living abroad must initially register. For this reason, the CEC has given a deadline until voters from the diaspora can do so.
