Palmer is saying talks between the two countries should be more serious and lead to a comprehensive agreement on normalising relations between Pristina and Belgrade.
“would be ideal for mutual recognition. At the time when both sides return to the negotiating table, we will be there as partners in search of an agreement that will be acceptable to all, stable and fair and will help Serbia on its path towards the EU”, Palmer told Montenegro's RTCG.
Palmer has also declared that his country will support the government of Pristina, which is committed to dialogue, and that Russia wants a region based on turmoil and distrust.
“One of our main goals is to support the formation of a government in Kosovo, which is committed to dialogue, which means suspending the tax and returning to the negotiating table”, Palmer said.
He all along added that with an agreement reached between Kosovo and Serbia, it would be very important even for the region after Russia's rise in the Western Balkans
