KFOR's mission announced the exercise and transfer of troops to different parts of Kosovo as part of the routine deployment and procedures. The effect of their actions cannot be seen anywhere except in the intimidation of Serbs, says Velko Odalovic, secretary general of Serbia's Foreign Ministry.
In an official Facebook account, KFOR announced it was continuing its exercise in order to prepare and ensure the security and security of all people in Kosovo.
The next “will have several KFOR troops' movements in different parts of Kosovo. This is just a normal exercise of landing and procedures. The situation remains under control, with no sign of possible threat”, KFOR emphasises in a Facebook statement.
But, Odalovic says KFOR does not have a mandate, nor is it readiness at this moment, who would have the strength and courage to make any decision in any situation that is too dangerous.
“KFOR has reduced its number from 50,000 to 3,000, and now we hear them exercise and the effect of their actions is nowhere to be seen except to intimidate Serbs. I often wonder what the purpose of these exercises is, and who is their imaginary enemy. So far, I haven't received an adequate reply”, he said.
