His complete scripture:
With the mandate of the Ministry of Economic Development two years ago, I pledged to Kosovo's citizens for economic development, creating conditions for foreign direct investment, diversification of energy resources, and promoting clean energy in order to cover the need for domestic consumption, respectively, reducing import and cutting business losses as a result of poor energy supply.
Today, in Vienna, Austria, I had the satisfaction of signing the first agreement in history in the Republic of Kosovo with Zv. The president of the International Finance Corporation (part of the World Bank), Georgina Baker, for project development of energy from the sun with a 50-pass capacity, through public-private partnership, on competitive grounds. Developing such public-private partnership projects, in addition to empowering the country's economic activity by generating economic growth and new jobs, will directly impact the reduction of the price of energy for consumers, increased transparency and fulfillment of the Republic of Kosovo's obligations to European Union directives for diversification of electricity generators.
