Referring to setting up the agenda for Europe on enlargement issues, the multi-year financial framework and Brex, the German minister has been publicly declared that northern Macedonia and Albania have made real progress towards the EU, Alsat-Mcom quoted Klan Kosova.
But it has been the two ministers who have clarified the same position for the fact that these two countries need a reliable EU perspective and that they should start accession negotiations.
The EU is a peace project, both ministers and an economic locomotive have been declared -- a fact that is nowhere else more current than in the Western Balkans from Croatia, viewed as a bridge country in the region.
