Lorik Cana's father, Agim, abandons KF Brotherhood: The club is in danger of being extinguished.

One of the oldest clubs in Kosovo football, Gjakova Brotherhood, through a statement has said that the situation in the club is alarming, and that it is facing major financial and debt problems that endanger even the full withdrawal from competitions. “does not remember that the Brotherhood Football Club was [...]
“does not remember that the Brotherhood Football Club has ever been in a more difficult situation than it currently is. With major financial problems, but also organisational, without chairman and leadership, the situation at the club is alarming”, said the Facebook Brotherhood Post.
The KF Brotherhood has confirmed further that club chairman Agim Cana has tendered his resignation, and this has not been accepted by municipal officials.
The current chairman, Agim Cana, who for a year and a half has made an extraordinary contribution, has resigned from this post, a resignation that has not been accepted by top municipal officials. Despite that, he has already left Kosovo. In the meantime, it has not been clarified who will take over repayment of outstanding debts, but who will take over further financing of the club's activity. Bloody businesses have not proven considerable readiness, perhaps even from inefficiency, to help financially support the club, while the Gjakova municipality itself is not finding a form to do so”, says the KF Brotherhood.
Failure to write off debts has caused players to fail to perform the drill, adding to the club's burden.
These financial and organisational problems have directly reflected in the situation in the Group of Seniors (but also the juniors). So footballers, who had been warned several times earlier, lived by yesterday ( Wednesday). Disgusted with the failure to write back debts and pay salaries for this competition edition, they refused to be trained on Wednesday, warning that they would not return training until they fulfil financial obligations to them”, the KF Brotherhood says.
This has made the situation at the Brotherhood Club really alarming, and if within the next few days no emergency solutions are found, a club formed 94 years ago and officially registered 92 years ago, unfortunately, is seriously at risk of temporarily or for a longer time.
We remember that the current KF Brotherhood races in the First League of Kosovo.
