According to him, after researching the situation in the field and consulting with professionals in this area in Kosovo, they are convinced that reorganising schools is necessary and that they do so in the interest of children who are their focus.
We are convinced that reorganisation of schools is necessary. There are 40 percent fewer students today than in 2011. In more than half the schools in Kamenica, the first class has fewer than 5 students. 19 students have only one classmate, and 25 others do not have a fellow class” says Kastrat on the “Image” show in RTK.
According to him, schools are not being closed, nor will teachers be left without jobs today.
That controversy stemming from SBASK chairman Nundman Jashari calls them political attitudes.
“We in Kamenica will not allow union chairman intervention. The issue of organising the school processes is in the hands of the municipality, not August, and we will not withdraw from this”. He says.
