Typhoon Faxai carried winds that reached up to seven miles [207 km] an hour, breaking every record up.
A woman in her 50 ' s was confirmed dead after being found on a Tokyo street and sent to the hospital immediately. Security cameras showed horrible images of it as it crashed over the wall of a building by the strong wind.
