The chairman of Serbia's so-called parliamentary commission for Kosovo in the Assembly, Milovan Drescu, says the “goal of elections in Kosovo is to stabilise the Albanian political scene, build an executive branch that will be more unified on key political issues and have a stronger position for talks with Belgrade”. He added that existing Albanian leaders do not see the readiness to sit at the negotiating table and seriously engage in talks with Serbia, Serbian media report, Klen Kosova broadcasts.
