They are suspected that on September 2nd of this year, they robbed Raiffeisen bank in the Shtime, meanwhile, they were armed.
Setting up the detention measure is at the request of the State Prosecutor.
Full announcement of the Foundation Court at Ferizaj:
The Foundation Court in Ferizaj .H. and A.L, has approved the request of Ferizaj's Founding Prosecutor, for the appointment of the detention measure, to the defendants, K.H. and A.L, due to alleged allegations that they have committed criminal work by Article 3117 paragraph 3 of the Republic of Kosovo Penal Code (KPRK).
The defendants are suspected that on September 2, 2019, at the branch of Raiffeisen Bank in the Shtime, in order to bring themselves illegal wealth benefits, in advance, they have prepared plans to perform this work by sharing roles and acting as part-automaticly equipped members of the group, disguised along with two other unidentified persons, entered Raiffeisen Bank, and, under gun threat, forced workers to hand over money, with whom they received about 2.540 euros and 290 euros, while in the bank's exit, several times fired at the village and have fled to the village of Jec, where they have been burned with evidence of the country.
Therefore, State Prosecutor's request for the detention measure against suspects has been approved as being based on the set-up of Article 187 of the KKP, and the same have been assigned detention measures in length of (1) months.
This case, the parties are reportedly complaining against this act did not postpone his execution.
