Daka: Racant subjects respect the CEC Constitution and rules

CEC Chairman Valdete Daka invited competitive political subjects to respect the Constitution of the Republic of Kosovo and the rules of the CEC.

It warned that persons allegedly committed criminal acts and committed electoral violations will not be included in the election administration.

“On behalf of the Central Election Commission, I want to guarantee all participants in this election process, especially our citizens that the CEC remains committed to the body of elections under the Constitution, the laws in power and with the highest international standards. Free and democratic elections are our daily commitment, because the goal in the end is for the elections to enjoy the confidence of all. Political subjects also have their irreplaceable responsibility for the success of the election process, as on Election Day this process is in their hands. Therefore, since we have representatives of competitive political subjects here, I would like to invite them to respect the Constitution of the Republic of Kosovo, the laws in force and rules of the Central Election Commission”, she said.

Daka said that only in this way, by engaging all of us, will the goal of the elections enjoying trust for all of us.

There are 25 political subjects certified by the CEC for these elections, and in the October 6th elections, the numbers of political parties begin from 111 to 135, whose ranking is done according to the draw-up today.
