Large crowds had gathered to mark the fifth anniversary of what is known as the “Ombrellians” Movement, a move that failed, but that laid the foundation for mass protests that have currently included the Nazire centre.
On Saturday tens of thousands of people flocked to a park outside the city's parliament, which was the scene of the 2014 protest.
But a small crowd of activists with masks on their faces threw stones and Molotov at the central government offices.
Police responded by throwing water, tear gas toward them, which led to the rapid distribution of the rebel mob
