CEC offers assistance to vote people with special needs

The census of persons with special voter needs will take place through mobile teams from September 25th to October 1, 2019.

In the video published on the CEC's official Facebook page, the Central Election Commission is said to be committed to providing assistance to vote in their voting centre or in their homes.

To realize this right, you need to fill out the application form that can be downloaded from the web site www.kqz-x.org, at the link voter services then link “voter list”, or be taken to the municipal election commission office in your municipality.

The registration application you need to attach a copy of the identification document and a copy of the certificate of limited diagnosis.
