Pacolli is acting minister of foreign affairs and leads the New Kosovo Alliance (AKR). Makolli, meanwhile, had been elected chairman of the second branch of this party in Pristina in 2017. Based on a decision holding Pacolli's firm, on August 1st he had to start work by the diplomat.
“Z. Makoli is named consul of the Kosovo Republic's Diplomatic Mission in Canberra/Australi”, said at the first point of the decision. “Z. Makoli is given the equivalent of consular degrees by consular degrees to the first diplomatic rank secretary”, followed at second point.
In the preamble of the decision is highlighted, among other things, that the appointment is based on “and on the proposal of the interview panel's selective commission, in the competition proclaimed by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs on 12.3.2019 for diplomatic Mission official”.
