That is because in the preliminary elections they were part of coalitions with other parties, Koha Ditore writes today.
Based on deadlines set by the Central Election Commission (KQZ), the appointment of KKZ members starts on September 3rd and ends on September 4th. The appointments make the CEC, the institution in which a debate has been launched about representation that political subjects will have in these troops that will be created in each municipality of Kosovo.
