45 Kosovars remain “hostage” at Antalya Airport

45 travellers from Kosovo are currently waiting at Antalya Airport in Turkey. Until the plane due to leave for Pristina at 19:25, they have remained <x0brail” of a dispute between the driller that has organised this trip and the agency from which they bought tickets. Alban Beqiri from Four [...]
Alban Beqiri from Four Seasons Travel has said that as business by the tourist agency Pegasus Airlines on the date of 05.09.2019 had bought 45 tickets, while the same agency did not give the tickets yesterday when he requested them, and currently the travelers are waiting at the airport.
“We are a pimp in Kosovo and have 45 travelers to Antalya, Turkey. Now the passengers are at the airport. I bought 45 tickets for my business at Pegasus Airlines on the date 05.09.2019. I booked tickets and paid for the deposit 10 percent of the sum in June 2019.
Yesterday I wanted to get my tickets, and Pegasus didn't give it to me by saying I didn't respect my deadlines. That's a lie. Travelers are damaged as well as I as business. Customers have to go to work tomorrow morning and this company is not taking passengers back. The flight from Antalya is today at 19:25 hours in Turkey.
Pristina-based Pegasus have denied having anything to do with the case in question. They have said it has to do with representation in Turkey and that the complainer in this case has made a mistake in the form of group demand.
The agency that made this gesture is responsible for a reason it called itself, has applied for that group so it has nothing to do with us. This is about representation in Turkey that is because he has been calling from Turkey, the main centre, so we have no line on the issue. And the person in question who made that request should be aware that it should convey the form of group demand that has a form, the waiting period of the group, that's why it's out of time and now it's ancus and we have nothing to do with the matter.
It's about our company, the person who filed this complaint must know what form it's applied. Has made the request through us or directly requested from the main centre in Turkey. ”
