Yasar ensures new school year will not start with strikes

The new school year 2019/20 appears to be starting without strikes in education, at least so has declared the chairman of the United Trade Union for Education, Science and Culture, Nundman Jashari. He in the 45/45 interview for Kosova Prees has shown whether there will be strikes in this school year, until he has declared that SBASK will not [...]
Jasharaj has stressed that there are no elements that at the beginning of September there will be strikes, but that according to him, the SBASK is continuing the situation.
“> In other municipalities we don't have elements that speak that September can start with strike, but you don't know, we're close by by escorting whether there are major rights violations as well as the municipal level does, we'll react over time. And the fear of the SBASK is that at the moment of the break-up of the Kosovo Parliament, at the moment when we no longer have legitimate Government, but Government in the past I fear that local governments may try to exploit this space, this vacuum of the absence of central institutions to always carry out their demands that are often personal, personal ideas and even personal interests for making someone unfair to take someone out and bring someone who is sound to their parties which they are leading the municipalities, he said.
According to Jasaraw, strikes in education and in all sectors in Kosovo can only occur if the Law on Salaries, which is expected to be implemented by December, is not implemented.
If the implementation of this law is not going to take place or the new institutions that are created will completely reject it in education, I'm saying that not only in education in all sectors there will be big clashes because it's going to be a hearing because we've done an extraordinary opportunity to achieve a change of coeffinants and now someone is coming out and saying that the law doesn't sleep, but if you ask me, it's not because I'm not afraid of the experience because Kosovo also has the law for voting and approved health insurance that has not yet been applied.... SBA The SHK if they went on strike for the salary law which will not implement will not be guilty, because if it was implemented we will not strike”, Jashari said.
Speaking of how they managed through the three-week strike in January 2019 to raise the teaching cofficient, Jashari stressed that the hours lost will never be replaced.
The SBASK chairman has also firmly stated that this union will not allow the testing of teachers, but require greater professionalism at the Kosovo Education Inspectorate.
Kosovo's “Teaching teachers in Kosovo has no right to do so because Kosovo teachers have diplomas and are well tested and badly tested at conscious faculties and respected professors have given them their grades, that is, they have tested their knowledge, the SBASK considers this will never happen, and we will not underestimate the teachers in such a way. ...where in the world there is no such test for teachers who are looking for the SBASK, we're not saying that we let them do whatever they want in school, but we ask that more tools be shared so that the educational inspectorate sector becomes very professional and those with a proper number go to school, visit teachers and convey”, Jasaw said.
We remember that the Kosovo educational system, the second half-year of the 2018/2019 school year, started with three weeks late because of the strike by teachers where their demand was to raise the cofficient.
