Kosovo Parliament Speaker Kadri Veselini has expressed happiness that Kosovo has come to the side of large European countries with internet extensions.
“28 years ago, in August 1991, the World Wide Web began operating as a public service, launching a technological revolution that has radically transformed our lives today. I am proud of Kosovo, which according to EUROSTAT stands at the top of Europe, as far as Internet distribution is concerned with 93%<18x1>, he wrote on Facebook.
Referring to the graph, Wessel has stressed that the country leaves all countries in the region behind and competes with the continent's most developed countries.
“I have always believed that by investing more in IT, we will be able to open more new jobs for our talented young people, so we have created the Ministry of Invention which in the future will be the engine of development of this sector”.
