Under investigation into this strong suspicion is a 36-year-old who is thought to have taken the new to Belgium through fraud and then through violence used it to work and serve to increase cannabis.
The girl is 30 years old, and if prosecutors collect enough evidence and prove her trafficking to that end, then authorities will have at least one official version of cobbweb cultivation, not through voluntary recruiting, but through binding forms, such as violence or interference in the trafficking network of minors serving cannabis, but that due to age at the threshold of legal responsibility, they are not arrested.
Sources say recruiting young people to grow canabis with lamps, mainly in Belgium, Holland and the United Kingdom, is a real concern. But even in Albania for at least two years at the start of the planting season, police control uninhabited tunnels and objects.
As cannabis cultivation continues to remain a challenge in the country, the newest concern for authorities concerns the use of hashish and distribution of doses in cities and villages.
Police say that in the capital alone, three people are arrested every day on average either as a weed hub or they are caught in a phalgary with such doses. Among them are those who exploit minors.
J. Bocka, 27, has been declared at large since, as results from the testimony of a child with initial E.B., he was forced to deliver hashish near the school “Freedom Witnesses”.
The operation has been coded "Exploitative" and has a 17-year-old other person in the area. /tch
