According to her, if the request arrives then the Ministry is obliged to hand it over to the tribunal, from which the decision for Morina is expected.
The procedure goes up to the courts responsible. Under our Law, the request for extradition must be reached to the Ministry of Justice then the request is submitted to the courts that decide. The ongoing procedure was that at Interpol's request, MPB stops the person who wants to cross the border then the Court decides. We as minister have so far had the responsibility to inform embassies through the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. He is a citizen of Britain and Kosovo, a comfort to these procedures, we have sent notices to the respective embassies in our country. We didn't get an extradition request until yesterday.
