Kosovo Democratic Institute of Kosovo project manager (KDI) for monitoring the Kosovo Assembly, Artan Murati, has clarified the voting procedure regarding the potential distribution of VI's Legislatra, which is expected to occur tomorrow.
In his account in “Facebook”, he's shown what happens unless the motion is voted for the Parliament distribution.
If voted, it's not 80 votes. In this case, order is silent. It should then refer to Article 81.1.1. Constitution and 83.1.a. of the Assembly Order, where it says the Assembly is distributed if within the 60 (60) day deadline, from the day the mandate is appointed by the president of the Republic of Kosovo cannot form the Government. The president has taken the first case for mandate, has the second “, has written the Murati in his account at “Facebook”

Proselytial explanation for voting regarding the potential distribution of the sixth legislature, without any political comment
Tomorrow, the distribution of the sixth legislature is expected to be voted, according to agreement at the Assembly of the Parliament's Headship by August 5th. What is known is that at least 93 deputies' signatures have surrendered to call tomorrow's session. Logically, these 93 MPs should be in the Assembly tomorrow and vote for what they signed.
To be the successful vote, there must be a vote of distribution of at least 2/3 of the deputies, dropping 80 votes. This also determines the quorum.
The frequent question being asked is what happens unless the motion is voted? There are two possibilities. The first one may not be voted in due to a lack of quorim (phisic or voting).
In this case the methods already known apply: the bell, the calls, the re-election, something we've seen throughout the legislature. Second, if voted but not 80 votes for. The president has won the first case for warrants, has the second. This would result in complications and delays, but eventually it would be accomplished.
However, political subjects have only publicly expressed their position. Coalation has begun to formalize. We're waiting tomorrow.
