Now it's a matter of time for the release of former UCK fighter Morina, as the Supreme Court's decision must first travel to the Constitutional Court, and the latter, after completing the file with these opinions, must hand him over for the final position at the Ministry of Justice.
Such a procedure is expected to end on the timeline of several hours, but also on several days. Morina's lawyer, Naser Raufi, also said he expects with optimism such a decision, though for days stressed that the law for international co-operation on criminal matter was in favour of his client.
Morina was detained at the Blace border crossing on 24 July.
On the basis of Interpol's arrest warrant, at Serbia's request, Morina was charged with war crimes during 98-99.
