For the same, the United States had sought extradition on charges of murder.
It's about Binak Gjerjane, who was on the run by the United States, as he was accused of killing his wife, Venus Grids in 2001.
The latter disappeared on February 26, 2001, after meeting with Binak Gjerja in Michigan's Auburn Hills to discuss a matter of custody involving the couple's children.
During the case investigation, Gjergji had left America to come to Kosovo.
He had been arrested in June this year, as detention measures were scheduled against him.
The case on Sunday's death has confirmed Periscope by the Peja Prosecutor.
They've said the same was allegedly self-sufficient.
“at the Peja detention centre, a detainee allegedly has self-sufficient. At the order of the State Attorney, the victim's lifeless body has been sent for instrumentation. The victim has been under detention, in terms of US extradition request”, he has said.
