In some photos published on the social network, Twitter, Navajo has been seen leaving the detention center on August 23rd.
Navajo, a fierce critic of the Kremlin, was sentenced to 30 days in prison for calling on people to participate in an unauthorized protest.
While he was in prison, Navalny was sent to the hospital because of some reactions to his face.
Some supporters have assumed he was poisoned.
The prison leader, where he has been serving Navajo, has asked the court in Moscow to postpone his release because of the days he has stayed in the hospital, but the court has rejected this request.
A day earlier, Lyubov Sobol, a opposition candidate for Moscow's local elections, has said local authorities have refused to approve the demand for holding protests in the Russian capital on August 31st.
She has said the request has been denied with the reasoning that all protest-holding countries will “enter” on road traffic, transport or <x2).
A series of protests in Moscow have been organised last month, as authorities have banned participation in the Sobol opposition race and other independent candidates for the Moscow Council with 45 seats.
The Moscow Council elections will be held on September 8th.
