There are no guarantees that can work in rotation. I understand why these two political subjects have to compete in elections themselves. You have to vote, whoever wins, you can get the prime minister. If Vjosa Osmani wins, she becomes prime minister and if he wins Albin Kurti, let Prime Minister” take her, Rama/Periscope.
