According to Rama, the new law will protect and manage the entire Albanian coastline from the state.
“The invasion of public beaches and globes in coastal beach management and territory as a whole by local units should end. The battle of State Police and central inspectors, from the beginning, is affecting the situation, but it is not enough. In autumn in the Assembly, the new law on the state's protection and management of the Coast Line. This national wealth belongs to people and holidays to people, not to abusers of any category; to businessmen who don't release the vouchers, to the liberals who take the beaches, and to the state official and local governments who, instead of duty to the country and vacationers, pay their respects to the perpetrators.
