Pristina ♫ The Kosovo Privatisation Agency and the Pristina municipality have reached agreement on paying for the removal of the building “New Home of Malls”, property of the social company “Grmia” and for part of the social company's land “Sluga ( KHT Kosova). The agreement in question is signed today at the Kosovo Privatisation Agency headquarters by AKP Managing Director Valon Tolaj and Pristina Deputy Chairman Selim Pacolli.

The Finance Ministry has made the property assessment of the building, forest trees and fruit trees in the amount of 5,873,155 euros for the building and expropriation in the amount of 152,490 euros and a share of land (170m2) for Social Company “Sluga” ( KHT Kosova).
According to the Government's decision, the Pristina municipality is tasked with being part of the payments during the property transfer procedure in the municipality. The municipality has been designated as the body responsible for implementing compensation for NSH workers under legislation in force, thus carrying out this obligation to workers by transferring monetary means to the AKP account, as well as eventual payments to relevant NSB creditors. Obligations for the level of payment for social property drilling are determined in Article 6A of the AKP law.

With the signed agreement, the Pristina municipality has made a commitment that the payment of means for 20 %s for NSh “Grmia” should take place within 2019, 2020 and 2021, and the first tranche in October 2019, the second tranche in February 2020, and the third tranche in February 2021.
