August is traditionally known as the month off for politicians and politics. But possible early elections have caused all political subjects in Kosovo to activate in the development of the election campaign.
Outgoing Prime Minister Ramush Haradinaj, in addition to official meetings, has already started meetings with facilities, as well as welcoming new arrangements. Even the party he heads, the Alliance for the Future of Kosovo through a Facebook announcement, has indicated that the election headquarters for extraordinary elections has been scheduled. Members have also expressed the will for AAK to compete alone in the elections, but not excluding the pre-election coalition's possibility with parties that have the same political orientation.
Mobilisation with branches has also been initiated by the chairman of the assembly, simultaneously chairman of the Democratic Party of Kosovo, Kadri Wessel. In contrast to past elections, which gave the prime minister's post to other coalition subjects, this time Wessel has said this will not happen. Wessel has said the government with it will fight corruption and organised crime.
The same steps have followed their coalition partner, the Social Democrat Initiative. Top with Fatmir Limaj and MPs, visits to centres with the largest number of party members have been made.
The paleest activity is seen by the other partner, Behgjet Pacolli.
Although a possible pre-election coalition between the Democratic League of Kosovo and the Vetevendosje Movement was hosted, this still did not happen. The party with the largest number of votes, the LDK, in addition to the meeting of the General Council already with MP Vjosa Osmani, has paid visits to Prizren's municipality of Suhareka. Osmani has expressed gratitude for the work of activists, as well as for talking to young people, women of exiles.
While the Vetevendosje Movement has held several media conferences regarding the state of state institutions, starting for public enterprises, health and military. Unlike conferences, Vetevendosje has opened the doors of the Assembly for the people and fellow countrymen.
