The German company announced it has set up an emergency team and is working “with all relevant authorities” in order to free crew members.
Meanwhile, the Russian Foreign Ministry said they are working with authorities in Cameroon and with ship owners “to facilitate the release of Russian citizens”.
The nationality of two other members of the laden ship's crew has not been made public.
