Kosovo needs its public administration to have the most professional staff possible.
The New Professional scheme (Young Cell Scheme) financed by the European Union for years gives Kosovo the opportunity to benefit from its youth's talents and abilities.
Under this scheme, Kosovo has the obligation not to perform foreign recruits to civil service without accommodated all junior Professionals' stock exchangers. The European Integration Ministry's decision to announce five foreign competition positions is in direct opposition to Kosovo's pledge itself.
The staff of the European Integration Ministry that opposes this violation should be commended for the courage and devotion to the law and international obligations, rather than be punished with remarks.
Kosovo needs such civil servants listed on the right side in the face of political influences. They're modern-day heroes.
