After a marathon session since morning, the Special Court's pro-founding voted 82 deputies, 5 opposed and one abstained.
The amendment to amend the constitution, which allows the establishment of the Special Court, introduced then Kosovo Prime Minister Isa Mustafa to MPs.
Against the establishment of the Special Court were three opposition political parties, the Vetevendosje Movement, the Alliance for the Future of Kosovo (AAK) and the Initiative for Kosovo.
