Kosovo Fire Brigade Commander Latif Zeka during an interview with Economy Online says compared to the first seven months of last year, this year the number of interventions has increased.
We've always had 1,127 interventions, it means professional exit and compared to last year this number is greater. The Fire Brigade covers 4 Pristina municipalities, Fush Kosovo, Obiliq and Gracanica”, he says.
He suggests that the most frequent cases of intervention are in high constructions that have been built postwar, which, according to him, are built without criteria.

We are not equipped with the latest technology, but compared to other units we have new vehicles that have come”, he says.
Firefighters also intervene in cases of traffic accidents while saying that they have handled cases of hurt and dead. As for the injuries, Zeka says they were mainly from traffic accidents, while the fireman has not been injured.
