The Democratic League of Kosovo has demanded that there be debate at the Assembly's break-up session.
This LDK request has not been supported by other parties, saying it does not need to waste time but that the Assembly should be distributed immediately.
MPs from the Kosovo Assembly have voted for the distribution of the sixth legislature yet without having expired the constitutional mandate for four years.
106 MPs were in the hall with 89 votes for, one against and two abstentions, the Parliament voted for distribution.
The MP's proposal for the distribution of the Parliament follows Ramush Haradinaj's resignation from the position of Kosovo prime minister on 19 July, as he had received the same day invitation from the Kosovo Special Court with headquarters in The Hague to interview the quality of the war crimes suspect.
