Whoever runs for the prime minister's post will join Ramadan Isufi from Mitrovica, reports T7.
This gentleman is convinced he will win this race, as someone in his dream is urging him to run for prime minister.
He says he does not need a coalition or support from any political party.
Besides promises that will increase the quality of education and health, Isufi has another promise.
The 63-year-old thinks and is convinced he will be in power for a mandate.
