The Light Is Surrounded by Fire

The mountains of Lezha and Albania's Gjirokastra are engulfed by fire.

Firemen and armies have emerged at the scene of the event to evacuate the situation.

Ilir Meta, the president of Albania, has declared he is following with much concern the current situation caused by the massive spread of fires in several parts of the country.

It also underscoring the importance of preserving the environment and nature, calls on and institutionally encourages the central and local authorities, on time, with the aim of effectively coping with the situation, to help areas affected by fires, especially for eliminating the risk of citizens' lives.
