The same one, by Macedonian authorities, was arrested after the INTERPOL arrest sheet issued by the Serbian state.
Official Belgrade has already applied for its extradition to Serbia, but such a thing must first be considered by the North Macedonia Criminal Court.
However, Morina's defense does not believe that former soldier of The KLA will be extradited to Serbia.
Even his lawyer, Naser Raufi, told the news that the response by the Criminal Court is expected at any moment, because six days have already been taken since the same has been prosecuted.
He has said Morina's extradition to Serbia is unlikely.
The “will be released. We expect answers from the criminal court for our request to be released from custody any moment. It's already been six days since I delivered it. There will be no”, Raufi said.
And Tomor Morina has been visited today by Kosovo's ambassador to northern Macedonia, Gjergj Dedaj.
The latter has made it known that the former soldier of The NLA feels good and completely innocent.
He has also expressed confidence that Morina will soon return to his family in Kosovo.
