In a publication on the social network “Facebook”, Krasniqi has written six conditions he would say should meet The PDK) coalition with the Initiative.
He writes that the purpose of such requirements is to interfere with political deals and the start of transparent coalitions.

KU PDK- WRITER IN APO WITH THE PARTIS TALSE
NISMA Social Democrat has so far shown no sign that I will go into the pre-election coalition with any political party. That's what I thought when we talked about it these days. Any other prediction of wise people is unmannerly and malicious.
In my opinion, NISMA Social Democrats should not rule out even the possibility of coalitions with any political party, including the Democratic Party of Kosovo. The introduction of red lines to this day in our political practice has not been serious. We don't have to walk on this road.
In such a situation, if coalition bids with the PDK or any other party were to take place, NISMA Social Democrat would have to submit its demands and its demands, in my opinion, would be:
- The candidate for prime minister from this coalition should be a candidate (very competent and not so far) who is not the chairman of political subjects (is preferable). Perhaps in such a situation, the candidate should be from NISMA Social Democrat, the candidate should possess political and institutional experience known to our public.
- The list of candidates for MPs should also be approved by the candidate for prime minister, who should be familiar with the political, intellectual, professional and national capacities and not just those two political parties;
- The governing electoral programme for the future must also be approved by the candidate for prime minister, and that programme must have the spirit and content of Socialocracy and on the condition that the programme has the approval of its firm;
- Without even hiring the candidate for the prime minister, there should be no minister or number of ministries. The government cabinet would not have to exceed the number of more than 14 - 15 ministries. This number would also apply to deputy ministers;
- Then, the first Law to be sent to the new country for approval must be the law on CEVERIA. Although, in the Constitution there must be sanctioned; and
- At least a third of the ministries' directors would have to be women, but that all of them without gender should be competent/at the responsibilities they take.
So if the PDK would accept this offer, I would propose to the National Council of the Social Democrats to enter the pre-election coalition with it. Without such a public offer by the PDK or any other party, I would not only suggest KK of the potential Social Democrat coalition, but would strongly reject it.
The aim of these requirements is to stop political markets (as has often happened so far), to start with transparent coalitions in order for the ill-governance to cease in Kosovo and to begin functioning of constitutional institutions under the laws in force.
All in the end:
Recognizing the experience of the up-to-date coalitions, I am convinced that such a serious offer will hardly happen, so neither will the coalition: NISMA Social Democrats ) the Democratic Party of Kosovo.
I had suggested to other political parties, if they decide to make pre-election and post-election coalitions, to be transparent and to aim for good governance with competent people! Our reality, especially after independence, is speaking that the Republic of Kosovo has been governed by non-compliance people. This practice must cease forever!
THE SOCIALDEMOCRA E IT IS GAT I FOR HELPING! You?

Let this thought, shown as a proposal for the establishment of possible pre-election and post-election coalitions, serve!
