Hygiene in the sacrificial market outside any standard, citizens say

To fulfill their religious tradition, believers chose the pet market in Pristina as the main place to buy offerings, KTV reports.

Citizens gathered on this market share different opinions on the elections and conditions it offers.

For many citizens, however, the quality of the offerings this market offers is not satisfying and that many merchants are misleading citizens for the origin of these offerings.

But for vendors who go out once a year, they say it's because of someone else.

In addition to the opportunities offered for the purchase of various animals, there is also the slaughtering of purchased sacrifices.

And for the slaughter within the market, citizens themselves speak, according to which the conditions of slaughtering and the services offered within it leave much to be desired.

Meanwhile, Kosovo's Food and Veterinary Agency, days ago, called on citizens for the prescribed sacrifices to be in line with applicable laws in Kosovo.

And, in addition, he invited them to perform this event only in the slaughterhouses licensed by the Agency.

In spite of their request, however, the slaughter of offerings in unadequacy and unhygienic places continues to occur in a large way this year.
