Haradinaj changes speech: “Never sá without building the Dukagjini highway”

The prime minister in the resignation of the Republic of Kosovo, Ramush Haradinaj, has just published a photograph in his official Facebook profile with former Albanian Prime Minister Sali Berisha.

Haradinaj has written differently this time, switching from the standard version to that gega to promote the idea of building <x0-autodes of Dukagonini”, writes Periscope.

Haradinaj, throughout his rule, has been characterised by the lack of exclusive responsibility in spending public money. It seems that neither has the resignation changed his mind, and he remains committed to spending another 1 billion on Kosovo's small budget.

I never let him build the Dukagjin highway.

When Sali Berisha came to Kosovo a few years ago, he was told: “I've never left a rock without moving, if necessary, and I've never done it until I've built Nation Street”! And I'm telling you Dukagji, I never saw the Dukagjin Highway build!
