The outgoing European diplomacy chief Federica Moghrini officially invited the heads of Kosovo diplomats and BiH to attend an informal meeting of the EU Council of Ministers, which will be held in Helsinki on August 28th and 29th.
“Partners from the Western Balkans have been invited to an informal meeting of foreign ministers in Helsinki at the end of the month for an important discussion on how to move forward in regional co-operation,” said an EU spokesperson for Tanjug.
Serbian Foreign Minister Ivica Dacic described Moghrin's movement as a <x0precedent”.
“Of course, at the end of its mandate, it wants to show that it did something for Kosovo, but that is not fair for Serbia,” said Dacic.
