Elections Without Reform, Dangers for Extinction

Election reform in Kosovo has been initiated eight years ago and has not yet been completed. Due to the failure to clean up voter lists in some cases, there have been abuses in the voting process in parliamentary and local elections in the past, for which there has been constant criticism from international observers.
Civil society representatives, who have experience in monitoring election processes in the country, say electoral reform is estimated to be the biggest failure of all legislatures since 2011.
According to them, electoral reform does not coincide with political leaders, because there will be no more customer votes bought and conditioned with jobs.
