The Supreme Court of Northern Macedonia has ruled that Tomor Morina will not extradite him to Serbia.
Former soldier of KLA, Tomor Morina, was arrested by Macedonian authorities on arrest warrant issued by Serbia.
Following his arrest, Serbian authorities continued to extradite him to Serbia.
However, the Supreme Court of Northern Macedonia today has ruled that Morina is not extradited to Serbia.
The Supreme Court of the Republic of Macedonia reports that on August 14, 2019, it brought a decision on the J.30/2019 subject that the Criminal Council's decision of the Organised Crime and Corruption Sector decision to the Skopje Criminal Court of CIOK-KS. IN 252/19 out of 07.08.2019, which ruled that legal allegations for the extradition of the T person are not met.
